Under 18s Drop in Clinics

The Tuesday and Thursday evening under 18s clinic held in the Yellow Zone, Aberdeen Health Village is now accepting walk-in patients between 3.30pm and 5pm. If you are under 18, you can walk in for an appointment during these times, or you can still pre-book by calling our reception team on 03453379900.

The Exchange Clinic

Service for gay & bisexual men and men who have sex with other men
The Exchange Clinic can be found at the Yellow Zone, Aberdeen Health Village.

The Exchange clinic @ Fredrick Street will have some staffing shortages over next few months. The clinic will continue to run as a drop in however numbers may need to be restricted but patients may still be able to access testing.

Exchange Clinic will be closed on public holidays and the  24th and 31st December 2025.

You can drop in at any time between 5pm – 7.15 pm every Wednesday or call 0345 337 9900 to make an appointment.

  • The service provides free, confidential sexual health information, testing for sexual infections, including HIV, vaccinations, PrEP and PEP, free condoms and signposting to other services.

The Exchange Street Clinic is for men who are symptom free. If you have symptoms, contact 0345 337 9900.

Dr Gray’s Hospital, Elgin

All patients wishing to be seen at Dr Gray’s hospital must contact 0345 337 9900 to ensure that a clinic is running on the day they wish to attend or to make an Elgin appointment.

There are several free and confidential clinics held at Dr Gray’s Hospital. They take place in the Main Outpatient clinic on the Ground Floor.

We offer all methods of contraception, pregnancy testing, free condoms and lube and testing and treatment for sexually transmitted infections (STIs).

The days and times of when clinics take place can vary from week to week so it is really important you phone first.

Please call the Aberdeen Health Village on 0345 337 9900 and ask for an Elgin appointment. The receptionist will need to ask you a few questions to make sure you get an appointment with the right person as not all the clinics offer all services.
